While Web3 is built on multiple blockchains, most development remains siloed and their communities are tribalistic. uniFires fosters collaboration across ecosystems by connecting builders and doers to share ideas, resources, and best practices.
uniFires itself doesn’t build anything but bridges. We aim to explore the challenges and possible solutions in Web3 adoption, open governance, and interoperability—common themes important for the entire Web3 ecosystem.
Cultivating the human factors, having fun and tackling shared challenges, we offer a non-tribalistic space where builders and doers of various Web3 ecosystems find a common, cozy place to connect and collaborate. We then ensure that our participants have the required tools, contacts and resources to build what the world needs.
We are multichain.
Today is multichain. Yet, most are not equipped to build solutions that extend beyond their own bubble. If Web3 is to take its place in the world, we can’t afford to be tribalistic and continue to duplicate efforts in each community.

Participants gain a deeper understanding of areas where each blockchain excels, fostering mutual respect and appreciation as well as providing valuable benchmarks for future development. By successfully engaging the Polkadot and Cardano communities, we create a basis for a future collaboration and co-innovation network.
We work best in small groups.
We organise our actions through self led Workgroups. These groups discuss, research, experiment, and gather learning points and conclusions in their respective topics.
Workgroups also provide a space to ignite and spark new initiatives and projects which may emerge through our efforts.
Our goal is not only to gather existing knowledge, but also to translate our findings into actionable items and to create new solutions to identified problems.
